RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item that is not in its original condition or that is damaged for a reason not due to an error on our part or that of our suppliers.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within up to 14 days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven’t yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an e-mail at contact@haronriitta.com.
We will cover the shipping costs of returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary.
We recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
